Register for Witchcamp 2026

CALIFORNIA WITCHCAMP COST SCHEDULE 2026. All prices listed are for one adult. Your deposit is NOT refundable.

4 Bed cabins and camping are the same price, as follows. This price is per person.

Sep 1st to Dec 15th 2025, 4 bed cabin or camping $710 to $950 sliding scale

Dec 16th 2025 thru January 31st 2026, 4 bed cabin or camping $720 to $950 sliding scale

February 1st to through start of camp 2026, 4 bed cabin or camping $750 to $950 sliding scale.

Double Cabins: We only have 8 of these, they are first come first served. A cabin will be reserved with your names on them. You must have your roommate already figured out when requesting a double. This price is per person

Doubles are $780 to $950 sliding scale.

*Any balances due that are not received by May 15th 2026, will be assessed an additional $50 per week.*

WHAT DOES THE FEE INCLUDE? 

Your tuition, food and lodging, all prices are per person.

IS FINANCIAL AID AVAILABLE?

Financial aid is decided by a small team, of organizers, teachers and campers. All financial information on your application is kept 100% confidential amongst this team. Amounts are decided by your particular need and your income bracket. Aid is anywhere from $100 to a maximum of $300. If you have received financial aid 3 years in a row, we will give preference to those who are first time applicants. Financial aid money is raised at camp the year before via all camp raffle and auction items. All aid recipients are required to help with the raffle during the week of camp. We also have some partial work trade available for experienced campers only.

To request financial aid you must be registered for camp with $350 deposit down. Then use the contact button on menu up top, to request a financial aid form.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel on or before midnight May 15th 2026, you forfeit your deposit. Deposits are not refundable, as our large deposits are not refundable to us.

Cancel between May 16th and June 1st midnight you forfeit $450. 

If you cancel June 1st 2026 or later, there is a strict NO refund policy. 

No-shows are also a strict NO refund policy, due to large down payments we make in advance for food and accommodations. Deposits and places at camp are non transferable. We cannot refund any online payment fees we incur, for eg Paypal etc. Their fees are not refundable to us. Full payment by May 15th 2026, to not incur late fees.

Witchcamp reserves the right to refuse attendance to anyone. In alignment with the Reclaiming Principles of Unity, “We strive to make our public rituals and events safe for all attendees.”
